We are requesting quotes from all qualified DBE/Local Subcontractors and Suppliers but not limited to: AGGREGATES, ASPHALT, CONCRETE MATERIAL, LOW DENSITY CELLULAR GROUT, PIPE SUPPLIERS, PRECAST MATERIALS, CONCRETE FLATWORK, ELECTRICAL-BUILDING, HYDROSEEDING, PLASTIC PIPE, STEEL PIPE, OVERHEAD CRANES AND HOIST, MASONRY, REINFORCING STEEL, PIPE SUPPORTS, MISC METALS, ACCESS DOORS/DOORS & HARDWARE, ACOUSTICAL, BATHROOM FIXTURES, BUILDING MASONRY, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, DRYWALL, FIRE PROTECTION, HVAC/MECHANICAL, PAINTING/COATING, PIPE INSULATION, PLUMBING, ROOFING, WATERPROOFING, B- DECKING, WOOD TRUSS, VALVES/WATER MAIN/TEMP FACILITIES, GLASS & MIRROR, BUILDING INSULATION, PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDINGS

Project Description: The scope of work includes but is not limited to; Maintain existing WWTP during phases 1 and 2 of the site
preparation and construction of new WWTP. Over excavation, soil stabilization, temp retaining wall, bypass pumping, demo and relocation of PG&E facilities, site grading, paving, yard piping, new access roads, perimeter fence and gates, all components for construction of new WWTP, demolition of existing WWTP.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract.
