Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from certified CMD LBEs Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for the Master As-Needed Peninsula and San Francisco Watershed Improvements Project. 

The LBE subcontractor participation requirement for this Contract is 20.00%

The Engineer’s Estimate is $10,000,000

An As-Needed Construction Services contract is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 6.64(b), As-Needed Construction Contracts, Master As-Needed Agreements. San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) plans to accomplish a series of construction projects with as-needed construction services master agreements awarded before the projects are identified. 

Quotes are requested from qualified Subcontractors, Suppliers, & Haulers for all scopes of work, including but not limited to; Earthwork / Grading & Paving, Rural Road Construction & Maintenance, Retaining Walls & Slope Restoration/Stabilization, Culvert Installation & Repair, Fencing, Stock Ponds / Small Dams Construction, Rangeland Infrastructure, Small Bridge Construction, Trails Construction, Concrete/Drainage Structures, Site Safety, Traffic Control, Trucking/Hauling. 

Suppliers are required for materials including Culvert/Drainage Pipe, Valves, Misc Metals & Aggregates.
