Scope of work includes: On behalf of the Owner and their Tenant, Barnhart-Benson is requesting sub bid proposals for ALL trades EXCEPT Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, Mechanical, Electrical, and Solar for La Joya Commons, Phase II project in Firebaugh, CA. Project consists of demolition of 5 existing Single-Story Buildings and site improvements and New Construction of 4, 2-story buildings, 28 living units totaling 31,623 s.f. Contract includes a 326 s.f. laundry building, complete site development, all finishes, landscaping and solar.

We are soliciting quotations for the following trades/services: ALL trades except Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, Mechanical and Electrical
