Construction of a new three-story student housing building with a one-story student lounge. The student housing building will contain 118 two-bed guest rooms one bath accommodations, 6 resident advisor guest rooms, accommodating a total of 242 beds. Additionally, there will be 2 two-bed guest rooms designated for full-time faculty. The facilities will also include administration offices, mental health and tutoring spaces, as well as study and laundry rooms. Scope of work also includes an open to sky maintenance yard, diesel generator, and a total of three (3) new fire hydrants.

This is a prevailing wage project. Certified payroll will be required. All subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in order to submit a bid.
